Why I think that students should be able to show affection for the opposite sex at School

First of all, I want to come out and say that this school is named Blue Grass BAPTIST School, which means we put our trust in the Bible. Teachers are okay with boys touching boys and girls touching girls. If we do believe in the Bible, then we should not encourage homosexuality. It is considered a sin. I believe that God loves all people the same, regardless of race, looks, personality, religion, and even sexual preference.

It is clearly stated in the Bible though that you should have affection of the opposite sex. God does say in Genesis 1:28, “I am God Almighty, be fruitful and multiply.” I am not saying that it should be okay for a couple to have sex or make out or something like that on school property. I am saying though that it should be ok for them to hold hands, hug, or awkwardly touch. There is nothing wrong with that. I would rather have people hug people of the opposite sex than their own gender. We should definitely not encourage people being gay or bisexual.

If you don’t allow affection for the opposite sex, then it is more likely they do something ungodly while they are not at school because they finally have freedom. Homosexuality should be looked down upon, even though they are still people. We should encourage people to be straight, not gay. Teachers should be more lenient about the students showing sexual relations towards each other. God made man and woman for a purpose, one of those is to reproduce so that we can spread the wonderful Word of our glorious Lord Jesus Christ to unbelievers all around the world. We are Blue Grass Baptist School so let’s make that “Baptist” mean something!
